Our charges for house purchase are as follows:

• A Registration Fee of £400 shall be payable on acceptance of our Terms & Conditions prior to any work commencing.
  This fee will provide you with top quality professional buyers representation and services within the property market for a period of four calendar months from the date of receipt of the Registration Fee. In the event that you decide not to move to Scotland this fee is non refundable.
• A fee of 1% (Minimum £2000) of the purchase price of the property secured through our services shall be payable on the settlement date of your new property.

Our charges for rental property are as follows:

• A Registration Fee of £300 shall be payable on acceptance of our Terms & Conditions prior to any work commencing. In the event that you decide not to move this fee is non refundable.
• A fee of 75% of one months rent is payable on completion of lease documentation.
