The Relocate Direct partnership was formed by Peter Bennie and John Clarke, who jointly, have over seventy years experience within the financial, business, and property sectors.

The partners are former directors of the Bank of Scotland, and have retained a strong networking relationship with the banks, building societies, lawyers, and estate agents throughout the regions of Scotland in which they formerly operated, and within which Relocate Direct now focuses its activities.

The partnership combines integrity and experience with modern technology, in order to provide its clients with quality homes within Central Scotland, ensuring any move to Scotland is made as smoothly as possible.

Relocate Direct is committed to researching and visiting properties, and sifting through the overstatements, and understatements of property sales information, saving the buyer time and expense resulting from fruitless visits, and reducing the stress of the search for a good home in areas new to them.

Relocate Direct shall provide its clients with frank views, and comment on the properties recommended, and shall combine this information with DVD visual presentations of each property visited.
